   The typical Chinese manhua starts with a rape where the victim does not go to the police. Then it continues with completely overdone theatrics and a story with more holes in the plot like a Swiss cheese. In the end, the rapist and his victim are “happily” together. It is a slap in the face of any victim of sexual violence and toxic to their soul.

   I read to chapter 12 and had to stop. There are too many plot holes, like entire chunks of the comic are missing. The dialogue makes very little sense—so I would suggest hiring proper translators as well. The plot jumps around, and the heroine either has a poorly depicted case of Stockholm Syndrome, or they truly think a woman would love a man that treats her like this and that is absolutely crazy. It is not worth the read unless your kink is downright abuse, trust me.
