  Nope, they never dated. That girl is a delulu. They are related (cousin i think) and thats why yu chen cares for her like a sister and play with her. But Quan di fall for hin and threatened him with her life. She hurts herself and thats why yu chen accompany her for treatment and becoz he blames himself. But he only love qian qian and no one else.
