Though I really wanted to know what happened to An An and her stepbrother’s relationship and also Yi Qing’s senior (xue Zhang), I still happy to accept this ending.

I’m happy it didn’t get dragged out! I guess the author didn’t have anything else to add and stopped there. That’s what a lot of writers should do but don’t! They turn a good story into something irrelevant to what it started out as. Thank you for knowing when to stop!! This was a good series!! Thank you again!!!
